Four out of five career professionals state that they are in the wrong job. Fact! Thousands of mid to senior level managers have a desire to move on, which could be due to a perceived lack of advancement in their current career path, the prospect of a higher remuneration elsewhere or, as is increasingly relevant, a lack of stability or loss of job.
